Our service is based on a freemium model. Basic access is free with limited features. Premium access is offered via paid subscriptions:
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings page. Cancellation is effective immediately, but you will retain premium access until the end of your current paid billing period.
For Premium (monthly) subscriptions, you must cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following month.
All subscriptions are non-refundable after the payment has been processed. We do not provide prorated refunds for cancellations made mid-way through a billing cycle. You are responsible for canceling before the next renewal date if you do not wish to be charged.
A full refund may be issued only in the event of technical failure that prevents access to the core service for a prolonged period (e.g., 72 hours) and for which we are responsible. Any such claim must be submitted within 7 days of the service failure to test@ai-astrologer.us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we receive a chargeback or dispute related to your payment, as this violates the terms of the financial agreement. Please contact us directly at test@ai-astrologer.us if you have any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.
Our Basic (free) tier allows you to explore the service with limited features at no cost. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time to unlock additional features.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
